Warm greetings, my name is Jeannie and it’s my pleasure to share Casa de Campo with you and yours. I was born in the United States and during three decades of exploring this amazing country I’ve developed a deep love for Ecuador and the Ecuadorian people. After living in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, Casa de Campo came into my life when I was kindly invited to Cayambe for lunch one day in early 2011. My heart was conquered upon arrival, I felt at home and was fortunate enough to fulfill a dream which included this delightful property later that year.
Casa de Campo Equine Ranch on magical sacred land is a unique charming guest house, event and retreat center situated in a lovely nature nirvana and facing the majestic Cayambe Volcano in San Miquel de Paquiestancia, Ecuador. We reside within a wonderful, well organized native dairy farming community of almost two hundred families and with our geographical location and altitudinal position our weather here is pleasantly mild. The direct Equatorial sun pairs kindly with the moderate crisp temperatures creating a year round atmosphere reminiscent of a fall season which many love so dearly.
I found a deep love for sharing my gift of hospitality with others and opened my homes for travelers and visitors during a few decades past. After realizing the power and charm San Miguel de Paquiestancia beholds it became apparent to me that I wanted to open my home again for people to retreat from the chaotic demand that life can beg of us and I hope Casa de Campo offers this space for you.
Come to Casa de Campo and let your energy be restored as you find every detail has been attended to for your behalf and comfort. Leave feeling refreshed and reconnected with your true tender essence.
With genuine gratitude from my heart to yours, Casa de Campo welcomes you to your Treasure in Ecuador’s Andean Highlands.
